Do I need to bring my own chess set?

If you can, bring your chess set and your clock, if not no worries there will be other chess boards setup that you can use.
Is it free to join?
Yes, it is free to join. However we ask that you support our hosts at Philz Coffee by buying food or a drink

Is this an adult group?
We welcome players of all ages. For participants under 18 years old we require parental supervision which means a parent or guardian must be present.

I am a beginner.
All levels are welcome. If you want to learn there is usually experienced players willing to teach you the basics and give you tips.
